Comfortable night ahead of a beautiful Mother's Day. Here's the updated rain outlook.
Dry with clear skies heading into tonight.
Temperatures will fall through the 80s to settle in the upper 60s to low 70s.
Mother's Day starts off nice with a good amount of sunshine. By lunch time temperatures will be warm in the low 80s. High temperatures will range from the mid 80s along the coast to the upper 80s and low 90s inland.
If you're headed to the beach tomorrow to beat the heat, be sure to carry sunscreen and something to provide shade throughout the day. The UV index will be high. Rip current risk will be moderate so please swim safe and near a lifeguard.
Have the rain gear ready to go by the start of the work week. Scattered showers and thunderstorms return with rain chances between 40-60% for the early part of the week. Late week rain chances go down a little, but the heat lingers each day with highs in the low 90s.
