⚡️Weather Alert Day ⚡️
Active weather is expected across Central Florida on Wednesday. The News6 Pinpoint Weather team declared today a Weather Alert Day due to the potential of strong to severe storms moving through Thursday morning through the afternoon. A few of these storms will have the capability of producing gusty winds between 40-50 mph, heavy rainfall, small hail, lightning and an isolated tornado is possible. There is a tornado watch in effect for the entire viewing area until 11 a.m.
It'll remain a warm and muggy day with afternoon highs in the upper 80s and staying breezy. Some sunshine is expected to peek out of the clouds warming up things quickly.
