Isolated showers on radar this afternoon as a Heat Advisory expands to include more cities.
Isolated showers mainly north of Orlando have popped up with more activity expected into the evening especially near the coast.
A few storms could get strong to severe producing heavy rain, lightning, strong wind gusts between 40-50 mph and a brief spin up can't be ruled out.
The heat advisory continues for Brevard and has now been expanded into Osceola county through 8 p.m. Heat index values could reach 110°.
Afternoon highs are expected to climb into the upper 90s across inland spots and lower 90s across coastal areas.
A cold front arrives Sunday morning bringing another round of scattered rain and storms. Highs will be near average in the upper 80s with most of the rain clearing in the afternoon.
